01 |
Grinder fail |
Remove all of the beans from the grinder. Set grinder to coarsest setting. Vacuum clean the hopper and chute. Add dry beans and pull 2-3 shots. Adjust grind to preference one setting at a time, and brewing a shot between each adjustment. |

The grinder is disconnected (Only coffee grinder without electronic sensor) |
Check the wiring connections between the control board and the grinder to ensure they are properly connected. |

Bu movement toward WORK fail |
Remove the brew unit, and trip the microswitch with an index card or dollar bill. Power cycle the machine. If the brew unit moved to work and home position without much resistance, and no error codes appear, then the brew unit be damaged. If the error code persists, with the microswitch tripped, then the machine needs to be serviced for the brew unit drive motor. |

Water circuit fail |
Reinsert water tank to ensure it is properly seated. Remove the water filter to see if it is restricting water flow. If debris has entered the system, clean the brew unit check valve. If this does not help, restart the machine and turn the flow control dial back and forth when the pump can be heard vibrating. The machine may require manual priming. If none of the above help, the unit will need professional repairs. |
