ORANGE ESPRESSO FRAPPE

Directions:

Add orange zest to espresso grounds and mix well before loading portafilter. Brew the espresso then add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup ground espresso
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 3 orange slices (cut up)
  • Chocolate shaving to garnish

JAVACADO MILKSHAKE

Directions:

Scoop out the avacado into a blender then add all other ingredients. Blend until completely smooth then serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Double shot of espresso

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake well, then strain into a chilled martini glass. If desired rim the glass with sprinkles before adding the drink.

  • 1 shot irish cream
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Ice

CHERRY GARCIA MOCHA

Directions:

Add espresso to your mug then immediately add the chocolate shavings so they melt into the espresso. Add the cherry juice then pour in the steamed milk. If desired, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and cherries.

  • 1 tbsp ground chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cherry juice
  • 8 oz steamed milk

FRENCH VANILLA ICED LATTE

Directions:

Fill a glass with ice then add the syrup and espresso. Fill the remainder of the glass with cold milk then stir and serve.

  • 1 1/4 oz Monin French Vanilla syrup
  • Double shot of espresso
  • Milk
  • Ice

MOCHA CHILL

Directions:

Add the coffee, ice cream and chocolate syrup to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over a cup filled with ice. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

ALOHA LATTE

RASPBERRY ALMOND LATTE

Directions:

Steam milk using the steam wand of your espresso machine. Brew the espresso then add the syrups and espresso to your glass followed by the steamed milk. Top with whipped cream, almond slices and fresh raspberries, if desired.

Directions:

Add the syrups and rum to your glass then brew the espresso right into your cup or add it and mix well. Add the steamed milk then drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  • 1 oz. chocolate syrup
  • 1 oz. Going Bananas syrup
  • 1 oz. rum
  • Steamed milk

SKINNY LATTE

Directions:

First brew the espresso then set aside. Next, make the whipped cream by beating the heavy whipping cream and sugar until peaks start to form. Add the espresso to the whipped cream and mix well. Stack cookie wafers with 1 tbsp of cream in between each until you have used all wafers. Lay the stack down on a plate then cover with the remaining whipped cream. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours. for Garnish with cocoa powder or drizzle with chocolate syrup.

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 shot of espresso

GERMAN CHOCOLATE LATTE

Directions:

Brew the double shot of espresso and steam 6 oz. of milk. Add the espresso and syrups to your glass followed by the steamed milk. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce and a square of chocolate.

BLACK FOREST LATTE

Directions:

Brew the espresso then steam the milk using the steam wand of your espresso machine. Add the syrups and espresso then pour in the steamed milk. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and maraschino cherries.

  • 1 oz german chocolate syrup
  • 6 oz steamed milk

NUTELLA ESPRESSO LOVERS MUG CAKE

Directions:

Add the egg to a 12 oz. coffee mug and whisk lightly. Add the milk, salt, ground espresso, sugar, cocoa powder and oil. Mix well. Next add the nutella and mix again. Add the flour by folding it in, be careful not to overmix. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes then let cool. Top with whipped cream and strawberries.
